How To Create Your Own Clickbank Product

Matt and Brad Callen have recently developed a free service called Blinkweb. Once you signup for a free account they offer guides on how to create your own clickbank product. I am going to summarize their recommendations on how to create your own clickbank product using Blinkweb.
Steps To Creating Your Own Clickbank Product
Step 1- Brainstorming Niche Products
In the first step you need to figure out what kind of product you want to sell. You need to create a product that is unique to any other product. So you need to do some research and find out what people are looking for and see if there is a product out there that gives them what they want.
Tip- Check out the click bank marketplace and take a look at some of the popular products in your niche. See if you can find a way to make one of those popular products even better.
Recap of step 1
- You need to find your niche
- Develop an idea for your niche product
- Target the customers that will be buying your product
Step 2- Writing your ebook
The second step will be writing your ebook. Before you begin writing you need to develop an outline. Developing an outline will help you when writing your content and developing your sales page.
Here are the steps Brad and Matt suggest you do when developing your outline
1. Start by grabbing 13 sheets of paper
2. On sheet number 1, write down the title of your ebook. You can always change this later, but it’s important to get something written down here. It will get your mind thinking in the right direction.
3. On sheet number 2, write down a list of numbers 1 through 10. These will be your chapters. Next to each number, write down the MAIN topic that you are going to cover for that chapter. These will be broad topics, and don’t have to be creative names. Just get the topics written down. You’ll get into more detail later…
One thing I find helpful at this step, if you get stuck thinking of main topics for each chapter, is to go back to your list of questions or problems that researched prior to choosing your ebook topic. As I mentioned in the last lesson, you should have visited forums and discussion groups to figure out what need of theirs needed to be filled. Those ‘needs’ should be covered in your chapter topics.
4. At the top of sheet number 3, write down “Chapter 1″ with the main topic title or idea for that chapter. Do this for all 10 chapters. After doing this, you’ll have 10 new sheets of paper with the chapter number and the main topic of that chapter written at the top.
5. On EACH of those 10 sheets of paper, write down about 10-15 questions that someone would have if they were asking you about this topic. Do this for each of the 10 sheets. The goal on this step is to create more detailed sub-topics for each chapter. Essentially, each of these questions will be your sub-topics.
6. Now you’re up to sheet number 13. On this sheet of paper, write down “Sources” or “Appendix”. This is just going to be where you put any citations or additional worksheets, indexes, etc…
7. That’s all there is to it! Once you’re ready to write your ebook, the only thing you’ll need to do is go through each chapter and answer the 10-15 questions you wrote for each!
Step 3- Writing Your One Page Salesletter
The third step will be writing and creating your sales letter. There are few things you need to know before you begin writing.
Regardless of the purpose of your sales letter, it has to accomplish several things:
- capture the attention of the reader
- speak to the reader’s individual needs (i.e. relate to their problem)
- build credibility
- communicate your solution to their problem succinctly and clearly
- encourage your prospect to act now
I think it would be a good idea to find a popular Clickbank product and just look at the outline of their sales letter. Then all you have to do is change the content.
That’s it! Creating your own product could be the way for you to make money online.
